EU platform for online dispute resolution

The European Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution, which you can access via the following link: http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/. From February 15, 2016, consumers will be able to use this platform for out-of-court dispute resolution regarding contractual obligations arising from online sales contracts or online service contracts. With the VSBG, the German legislator has decided against obliging companies to participate in alternative dispute resolution. FINartistry is not a participating company.
