If I prepare your bookkeeping, I will work out your profit and loss account together with you. My partner law firm can take over the completion and submission, including the necessary tax returns, if required.

Note:
I cannot provide any services that are reserved for tax consultants alone under the Tax Consultancy Act, e.g. the preparation and submission of tax returns and annual financial statements on behalf of clients. If required, I can work together with a partner firm or your tax consultant.

For tax returns
We agree on the required documents and the timeline via video call. You scan all receipts and make them available to me digitally. You can ask questions and make requests. In the end, of course, it's all about making sure that we really take into account everything that can be offset in order to minimize your tax liability. You can check and submit your tax return yourself. If you wish, my partner firm will check everything and submit the tax return to the relevant tax office.
For accounting
You simply scan your receipts using scanner or a smartphone app and transfer the data at agreed intervals.
For the annual financial statements
We will coordinate all outstanding questions via video call. You will find out which documents are required and what else is missing. The financial statements are prepared by my partner firm or your own tax advisor. Perfectly prepared documents save you considerable costs.
